Read/Vote on Zoning changes:

Voted on several zoning changes and evaluated the intangible variables before voting. I have met with neighbors and spoke with clarity on my opinion after listening to all points of view.  I am not a proponent of high density housing units as a social construct. I believe in the American Dream and freedom as outlined in the Constitution of the United States.

Act as a conduit with you and the city’s dedicated staff

I responded immediately to residents on multiple occasions for diverse issues including criminal complaints, water projects, proposed developments, streetlights and neighborhood disputes.

Improve the environment and our quality of life

Worked with the Basset Creek Watershed on a 10 year Joint powers agreement with 8 other cities. I will work closely with the commission on the new water quality projects to provide the best parks and lakes for our community.  I have a keen interest in clearing the water of phosphorus as efficiently and cost conscience as possible.

Budget and Levy

Voted against the franchise fees due to the lack of transparency in the out years.
